Who we are

globalmultilingo.in is operated by Global Multilingo Education, registered at Kalkaji Double Storey, New Delhi 110019, India ("Multilingo", "we", "us"). By booking a class on this site, you agree to these terms.

What ₹199 buys

₹199 buys one 30-minute, one-to-one live online demo class, plus a spoken level assessment, in French or German. It is delivered over video call with a Multilingo teacher. There is no physical product involved and nothing is shipped.

This is a single session, not a course or package. Longer paid packages exist, but they are not sold on this site — if a package is a good fit, your teacher will discuss it with you after the demo class, with no obligation to buy anything.

Scheduling

Payment happens first. Immediately after payment, you're given a personal link to pick your own teacher and time slot. Slots shown are subject to teacher availability and can change; we don't guarantee a specific date or time until you've confirmed one on that link.

Student conduct

Please join on time, with a working camera, microphone and internet connection, and treat your teacher with the same respect you'd expect in return. Recording or redistributing the class without your teacher's consent isn't allowed. We reserve the right to end a class early in response to abusive behaviour; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how that affects your payment.

No guaranteed outcomes

The demo class and level assessment are an honest, one-time snapshot of where your French or German stands. We do not guarantee any specific exam score (TEF, TCF, Goethe, telc or otherwise), certification, admission, Ausbildung placement, visa, or immigration outcome, including Canada PR. Exam results are set and marked by the relevant exam body, not by Multilingo, and immigration decisions are made by the relevant government authority, not by Multilingo. Anyone who tells you otherwise — including, inadvertently, one of our own teachers — is wrong.

Intellectual property

Any teaching materials, notes or assessment content your teacher shares with you are for your own personal learning use only. They remain the property of Multilingo or the teacher who created them, and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Multilingo's total liability to you arising out of a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking (₹199). We are not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or outcomes of exams, applications or visa decisions that are outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect that.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
