Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the ₹199 demo class + level assessment booked on globalmultilingo.in. It's short on purpose — here's exactly where you stand at every stage.
The timeline
- Before the class: cancel any time and get a full refund.
- Up to 2 hours before your class: reschedule for free, as many times as you need to.
- Once the 30-minute class has been delivered: the fee is non-refundable.
- If the teacher misses or cancels the class: you get a full refund, or a free reschedule — your choice.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are sent back to the original payment method you used on Razorpay, and typically land within 5–7 working days.
How to request a refund or reschedule
Email sukrit@multilingo.in or WhatsApp +91 95400 03468 with the phone number you used when booking. That's it — we'll confirm your refund or new time from there.
