Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Multilingo Global Education ("Multilingo", "we", "us") collects when you visit globalmultilingo.in or book a demo class, why we collect it, and what your options are.

Who we are

Multilingo Global Education is operated by Global Multilingo Education, registered at Kalkaji Double Storey, New Delhi 110019, India. This policy covers globalmultilingo.in and the booking flow it links to.

What we collect

When you book a demo class, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone / WhatsApp number
  • The language you're booking (French or German)
  • Your goal (e.g. Canada PR, Ausbildung, nursing, study)
  • Your current level in that language
  • Any deadline you tell us about (e.g. an exam or visa date)
  • Marketing attribution parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, content) and the page you landed on, if you arrived via an ad or link that carries them

If you sign in to view your booking, we also receive the email address on your Google account, via Google's own sign-in flow.

We do not collect any payment card details ourselves — see "Payments" below.

Why we collect it

  • Name, email, phone — to run your class, send booking and payment confirmations, and let you reach us or be reached about your booking.
  • Language, goal, current level, deadline — so your teacher can prepare a level assessment that's actually useful to you, instead of a generic one.
  • UTM parameters and landing page — so we know which ad or link a booking came from. This is how we tell which marketing is working; it is not used to build a profile about you beyond that.
  • Google account email — solely to match you to a booking you already paid for, if you choose to sign in.

Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or netbanking details are entered directly into Razorpay's own checkout and never reach Multilingo's servers. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, an order/payment ID, and the amount paid.

Where your data is stored

Booking and account data is stored with Supabase, hosted in a data centre in Mumbai, India. Transactional emails (booking confirmations, scheduling links) are sent through Resend.

Cookies and analytics

We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure how our ads perform. It sets small cookies in your browser (typically _fbp and, if you arrived via a Meta ad, _fbc) and reports events like page views and completed bookings back to Meta. We don't run any other third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this site. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser at any time; doing so does not affect your ability to book a class.

Retention

We keep booking records for as long as needed to deliver the class you paid for, handle any follow-up, and keep basic accounting and payment records. We don't keep data longer than that on purpose.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing sukrit@multilingo.in. We'll action deletion requests unless we're required to keep something (e.g. a payment record) for accounting purposes.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
